Night time Skincare Routine

This week we are going to introduce to you my night time skincare routine as I told you in the last blog. If you haven’t seen the last blog which was my nighttime routine you should go check it out. I would like to announce that my nighttime skincare routine is quite intense and time-consuming. However, I enjoy taking care of my skin every night and letting my skin feel so soft and good. I will say that I have a combination skin, where my T-zone is oily and the rest of my face is normal. I don’t suffer to much from breakouts or dark circles regularly so my main purpose is to brighten my face and take my makeup off perfectly. I will go ahead and introduce each step and the products I use.

Bioderm: Make-up removing micelle solution Sensitive

This is what I use as my first step of my skincare routine to take off my makeup. I will take a little bit of this on a cotton pad and take off my eye makeup. I will also use the residue to take off my eye brows and the rest of my makeup if I have any. I do this step because the next two steps of cleansing does not take my water proof, smudge proof mascara and eyeliner.

Shu Uemura: anti/oxi+ -pollutant & dullness clarifying cleansing oil

Banila Co.:  Cleansing balm purifying

This is my next step of the skincare routine and it is also to take my makeup off. This is my first step of my double cleansing and this is purposed to take my makeup off more than the other one. I just take this on the palm of my hands and gently massage it into my face and wash it off.

Nivea: Creme care facial wash Bright up

This is the second step of my double cleansing and it is purposed to take the residue of my makeup and smooth out the skin. Something very weird about me is that I can’t use anything other than Japanese brands for my face wash because I break out or my skin would feel weird after it. I like this one in particular because it leaves my skin feeling very bouncy and soft after I use it. I just take some into my hands right after I rinsed off my first step and I massage it onto my face and wash it off really well.

Etude House: Soon Jung pH 5.5 relief toner

This will be my next step of my skincare routine and it is toner. I take this on a cotton pad and pat it on my oily zone. So, that will be my T-zone and around my jaw line, I will also use it on my cheeks after I am done. Then if I have anywhere I seem I am breaking out, I will just put the cotton pad on there for a few minutes.

Lancôme: Advanced génifique youth activating concentrate

This is the next step and it is a booster. I know this is expensive but I have noticed so many differences since I started using this. I might have not noticed the youth activating benefits about this since I’m still 20. But, I have noticed that my skin becomes soft and bouncy after I use it and I think that it leaves the skin with a great base for the rest of my skincare to soak into my skin.

Aqualabel: White up lotion 1

Dior: Diorsnow brightening light-activating micro-infused lotion

Kiehls: Clearly corrective brightening water

These are my lotions. I would take some on my hands and put it on my skin. I would sometimes do this a few times if my skin feels really dry. I like my skin looking and feeling a little bit wet after this so I would do it a few times until it looks like it. However, these days because I have been consistent with my skincare, I don’t have to do it for a few times.

Dior: Capture youth Matte maximizer

Kiehls: Clearly corrective dark spot solution

These are my treatments. I love these two so much and have been using it for a while. (I have been using other from the capture youth collection too.) I normally put about 8-10 drops into my hands and press this into my skin. I take time doing this part because I really want to realize the benefits from these products.

Kiehls: Ultra facial cream

Klairs: Freshly juiced vitamin E mask

These are my creams and I massage this into my skin. I usually dip my hand into the product and really work it in to my skin. I will keep in mind to massage in an upward motion so that I have youthful looking face for the decades to come.

Kiehls: Midnight recovery concentrate

This is my oil and I would usually put it in my Kiehl’s cream and massage it into my skin too. I normally do this when my face feels dry or if I have something pretty special the next day. I also do it when I am going to be on a flight the next day and the day I was on a flight.

Kiehls: Creamy eye treatment with avocado

This is the last step of my nighttime skincare routine and it is an eye cream. I know that you aren’t supposed to put on your eye cream at this point but I feel like this is best for me. I don’t do this everyday but will do it more than 3 time a week. I put a little bit on my ring finger and pat it on my under-eyes and eyelids.

This is my entire nighttime skincare routine. I know it was very long and thank you for everyone that has read it to this point. If you have any questions about my skincare routine please feel free to write it below or DM me on my instagram. (@lisa__heidi) I will see you next week. Hope you are having a good April!!
